Pre-Written Texts - Essenty offers you three fresh monthly texts to schedule to your customers on the Starter plan. The Basic plan offers additional pre-written content to use. This feature is part of our Monthly Pre-Written Content Bundle that goes with our 4 STEPS TO SUCCESS plan, but you can use it as you desire.


Images - You not only can send images for the same marketing credits as regular text, but we also provide pre-created monthly promo infographics, "How-To" Infographics for specific essential oils (from YL), and images that were created and used in your pre-written newsletter. The Basic plan will continue to get additional image content.








What Is Meant By Marketing Credits?

Essenty is charged per email and per text that is sent. To make this service scaleable for teams of all sizes, we created a credit system that will debit your "bank of credits" as you send emails or texts. We call these credits "marketing credits." For details CLICK HERE.



How will I know if someone sends me a text reply to my outbound texts?

Replies will be found in your back office in the "Inbox" located in the left navigation (see the screenshot below). From there you will be able to text chat back & forth, just click on their name anytime you want to send them a new (one-off) message as well.



Will I Be Notified When I Have A Text Reply From a Contact?

Absolutely. In your Essenty Backoffice you will hear a door-bell chime (if you are logged in) and there is also a yellow indicator that shows you how many unread texts you have. In the near future, you can look forward to having an external notification system where you will be notified that you received a reply even when you are not logged in.



Do You Teach How to Use The Text Platform?

Absolutely! We teach you how to set it all up and use the text platform. If you have problems, we have fast email customer support and we also do a live Zoom every week so that you can talk to us and get real-time help when needed.



WHAT IS A CAMPAIGN (Broadcast & Series)

A campaign comes in two flavors - Broadcast and Series. A broadcast is a single message to an audience. Please click this link to learn more about this and the upcoming series campaigns, which are multiple messages scheduled to send to an audience.


Is This Included in The Grow With Us Plan?

Yes! Texting is included in all Essenty plans. However, the Grow With Us plan is no longer available for new customers.



Is There Anything I Need to Do Before I Can Use The Texting Platform?

We recommend that you understand how to set up your contacts within your Essenty backoffice before you start trying to send text messages. Here is a really short, mini-series of steps you take to easily set up your contacts, get them properly organized, and ready to send emails or texts.
